A family inspired yoga and mindfulness practice. Our yoga fun flow will be geared towards entire family participation; a great way to get the family to engage together.
Moms, Dads, kids, grandmas, grandpas…everyone is welcome. No age limits. We just ask that your family group include at least 1 adult per 3 children.
This class is limited to 8 families so sign up in advance.
