Celtic Classic 2018

Are you as excited as I am to celebrate the best of Celtic culture right in historic Bethlehem. The festival runs from Friday through Sunday. Expect big crowds. I am definitely ready to toss a caber and eat some haggis. Oh … and drink some whiskey!

About CCA

Since 1988 Celtic Cultural Alliance (CCA) has been hosting the Celtic Classic Highland Games and Festival in Bethlehem each September. This internationally known celebration of all things Celtic has been the foundation upon which CCA has been built.

The goal of this dedicated group was to create an event that symbolized the Celtic spirit and history, and to provide the impetus for an organization that focused on promoting the Celtic culture.

The CCA has expanded with year-round programming to support the mission of promoting and preserving Celtic Culture through arts, music, literature, dance, and history programs. In keeping with the spirit of “Next Generation”, the CCA also offers scholarships to promising young students of the Celtic Arts. These scholarships are offered to students including Irish Step Dance, Highland Dance, Fiddle, and Bagpipes.

Attendees will receive a complimentary wine glass!

via MyDomaine.com – The modern farmhouse décor style has seen a resurgence in recent years. Visions of loungey and lofty spaces with pitched roofs, reclaimed beams, deep cozy sofas, and small antique pieces are enough to make each of us want to buy a cabin in the woods and retreat from city life forever.

Steven Wright at the State Theater

Academy Award winner Steven Wright is a prototype comedian that many others continually try to follow. In the 1980s, he soon found himself performing his off-beat routines on “Saturday Night Live,” “Late Night with David Letterman,” and numerous trips back to “The Tonight Show.” Known for his dry wit and one-liners, Steven has starred in two HBO comedy specials and several movies and sitcoms over his career.
